Congrats Demetrice Jasmin, Chantrell Lacey, Caseitra Drummer - Great job on bumping up your levels and working hard on an already tough workout. Great teamwork and effort! Special shout out also goes to Michelle, Pamela, and Nichole for encouraging them to take the leap of faith to bump up levels and further experience "the joy of training hard".
